SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be processed for shipment within 2 - 3 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Average North American shipping time is 2-6 business days. For international shipments, expect a 10 - 15 business day delivery time.

Reveka Rose is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed by tracking. We also are not responsible for packages lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

All customs duty and import taxes (if required for Canadian and International customers) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

UK Buyers :

All purchases valued more than £15 which is imported to the UK from a non-EU country is subject to VAT at 20% of the item value, plus an additional £8 handling fee. You will likely be required to pay this upon receipt of your package. This hefty tax is imposed by your government.

Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

We will only ship to an address which is the verified billing address for the credit card being used for payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer tracked shipping on all US and Canadian and some International orders via Post NL, and USPS. Orders being shipped to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's ship via United States Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships with tracking information and expected delivery date status.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving shipment. Due to shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges. If something doesn't fit and you want a different size, you will have to return the item and purchase a new one.

All Items should be returned unworn, in original condition and with all packaging/pouches enclosed.

Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to us. A $10.00 fee for a return label will be deducted from your refund total at the time of processing. You will only be refunded the cost of the item, not the original shipping cost. We will also deduct the shipping cost if you received free shipping. The returns may take 2 - 4 weeks.

Refunds will be issued only on items that were returned within the 10 day return period or after receiving a return label.

International returns - We accept international order returns within 10 days of receiving shipment. The return shipping label fee from Canada is $10. That amount will be deducted from your refund total. The byer responsible for shipping cost for all international orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept orders through our website's online shopping cart system. Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
