SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be processed for shipment within 1-2 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Average North American shipping time is 2-6 business days. For international tracked shipments, expect a 7-15 Business day delivery time. We cannot be responsible for weather delays.

Reveka Rose is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once confirmed by tracking. We also are not responsible for packages lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@revekarose.com

All customs duty and import taxes (if required for international customers) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

We will only ship to an address which is the verified billing address for the credit card being used for payment. Exceptions can be made upon pre-arrangement. Please contact us before ordering.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer tracked shipping on all US orders via USPS and UPS. Orders being shipped to PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's ship via United States Postal Service. We also offer tracked shipping to Canada via Canada Post and Canpar. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships with tracking information and expected delivery date status.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer International tracked shipping via DHL to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UAE and the United Kingdom. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We know that choosing the perfect piece of jewelry can be difficult without the ability to touch and feel it. Shopping for jewelry shouldn't be stressful. We want to be sure you are happy with all your purchases from our store. Please be mindful that many pieces in our store are unique and handcrafted, hence may vary slightly in appearance. If you are unhappy for any reason at all, we gladly offer free return shipping within 14 days from the date you receive your items for North American customers.

All Items should be returned unworn, in original condition and with all respective tags & packaging/pouches enclosed. To make a return, email hello@revekarose.com for a Return Authorization number. Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to us.

We want to make sure you're always happy with your experience with us. Refunds and/or credits will be initiated and issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. This does not include bank processing time. Please allow for longer processing times around holidays. Refunds will be issued on items that were returned within the 14 day return period. All Items that are returned outside of the 14 day period, not in original condition, worn, without tags, etc. will not be returned.

International returns - Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer free international returns/exchanges at this time. However, you can still make a return, as long as it's received within 14 days of the original order shipment date! All shipments should be sent using a trackable courier ex. UPS, FedEx, DHL.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept orders through our website's online shopping cart system. Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Credit Card Verification We at Reveka Rose Inc. take credit card fraud and security very seriously, both to protect you as our customer and us as a company. We make every attempt to verify every order to make sure the person placing the order with a credit card is the rightful owner and user of that credit card. Reveka Rose Inc. will only ship to an address which is the verified billing address for the credit card being used for payment. If we are unable to verify your address, we will either need an alternate card which we can verify, an alternate payment method or will have to cancel the order. 

 

What are the shipping charges for returning an order ?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us for free within 14 days – the shipping is on us! ( North America only). Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to us.

 

Exchange an Item

Since many of our products are either one of a kind or items which we maintain small quantities of inventory, we cannot be sure that an exchange is possible. If the item is available we would be happy to hold it for you until we receive your return, just send an email to hello@revekarose.com and we can hold that item for you until your return gets to us if it is available. Make sure to note the exchange on the return form.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us at hello@revekarose.com within 48 hours. We will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away or refund your money if the item is not available.
