A round peridot cabochon in a clean sterling silver bezel hangs from a lever-back hook — the whole earring is compact and unfussy, letting the stone's vivid yellow-green do all the talking.
Peridot has a brightness to it that's hard to replicate — that particular lime-to-olive green that changes depending on the light. These sit close to the ear without being a stud, which gives them a slight movement and a bit more presence than they look like they should have at this size.
